These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and panalo ("panalo," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at panalo.onl. panalo is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and operates in full compliance with applicable Philippine laws governing online gaming and electronic commerce.

All financial transactions on panalo are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). panalo accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. panalo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users where practicable.
The following financial terms apply to all panalo accounts:
panalo is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held in your panalo wallet are not insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other deposit insurance scheme. panalo maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operating funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on panalo and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:
panalo reserves the right to withhold or void any winnings derived from or facilitated by prohibited conduct and to refer evidence of criminal conduct to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
panalo may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published on the panalo platform at the time the promotion is offered. The general principles governing panalo promotions are as follows:
panalo is committed to responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. panalo provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options. Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude from panalo may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting panalo support at [email protected]. All content on the panalo platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, the panalo brand mark, and all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to panalo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the panalo platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content or intellectual property of panalo without express prior written consent from panalo. Any unauthorized use of panalo's intellectual property may constitute infringement of panalo's rights under Philippine intellectual property law (Republic Act No. 8293).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panalo provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
panalo does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, panalo's aggregate liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the panalo platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. panalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the panalo platform.
panalo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than confirmed fraud, panalo will return any verified, unencumbered balance remaining in the account after deducting any amounts owed to panalo under these Terms. Balances derived from or associated with prohibited conduct are not subject to this return obligation.
You may close your panalo account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of panalo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with panalo informally by contacting panalo support at [email protected]. panalo will endeavor to resolve your concern within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under panalo's operating license terms.
panalo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, panalo will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address registered to their panalo account or through a prominent notice on the panalo platform prior to the effective date of the amended Terms.
Your continued use of panalo following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your panalo account before the effective date of the amendments.
